Hi

The following steps may help:

Delete old Messages conversations from your watch:

  • Open the Messages app on your watch:
    • When viewing the time, go to the Home screen (by pressing once on the Digital Crown) > tap on the Messages app icon.
    • Or use Siri (eg "hey Siri, open Messages").
  • When viewing the conversation list, swipe left on a conversation that you wish to delete > tap Delete / Trash.

Check that your Apple Watch and iPhone are connected, in order that any accumulated Activity data from your watch can be transferred to your iPhone:

Review storage usage by apps and remove any unwanted apps:

  • To check storage usage by each installed app:
    • On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > General > Usage.
  • To remove apps and their data:
    • On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > scroll down and tap on an app > turn off Show App on Apple Watch.

Reduce your storage allowance for synced photos:

  • On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > Photos > Photos Limit > set a lower limit.

Reduce your storage allowance for synced music:

  • On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > Music > Storage Limit > set a lower limit.
