I protected my folders in a .dmg file with a password, i did not select the keychain and I totally forgot the password. I read it cannot be opened if forgotten. i tried enough passwords i still cant open it 😟 is there someone who cna help me with this. I have all my files before 2014 in that folder. 😟

That's the downside of encrypting your data. Write all your passwords down on a piece of paper and put in a safe place.

With no password there is nothing you can do, sorry, otherwise what would be the point in having a password if somebody could just go on the Internet and find a workaround?
