Accepting Apple Pay for rental

I have a new tenant who wants to pay rent with Apple Pay, what do I need to set up to accept is payment?
You need either a contactless payment terminal like you'd find in stores and an agreement with a bank to process the payments, or an App that can accept Apple Pay payments.
In either case its really too involved to work for regular house rent unless you have enough rental units to warrant either scenario. Your tenant ma have to settle for a normal bank transfer, or check.
