iTunes problem: Error 1392

I have recieved an error saying "Could not set file security for file C\Documents and Settings\All Users\application data\apple computer\itunes\scinfo\'.error:1392. verify that you have sufficient priveleges to modify the security permissions for this file

Can anyone help? I am already on the administrator account!
