is safari browser available for windows 10?

Well, i think i saw something at WWDC that really blew my mind out. See, if you go to Apple's WWDC17 YouTube video, go here: (Apple — WWDC 2017 Keynote - YouTube) You can see, that slide says: "Fastest desktop browser", and down in the left corner says: "Based on JetStream...run on MacBook Pro 13" 2016 under macOS 10.13 and Windows 10"?!?!?!

Is this meaning that Apple developed some new version of Safari?

There is no version of Safari for recent Windows operating system.

Apple stopped support for the Windows version of Safari several years ago. Even if you can find a download link, it's security features are out-of-date.

Possibly, but until it is released, no one can be sure if it will work with Windows.
