Messages not Syncing on my Apple devices

I have three Apple devices:

1. iPhone 7 plus

2. iPhone 6 Plus

3. Macbook pro

All have the latest version of software.

I set up iCloud with one email account on all three.

My problem:

When I text from one of the phones the messages do not sync on all three devices. Sometimes I only see responses to my texts on the second iPhone but not my own texts.

Please help someone

Each device needs to have your Apple ID configured as a "reachable at" entry in its Messages settings.

iMessages do not sync with each other via iCloud. They are sent to each device independently.

Your 2 phones can send SMS messages to another device (your Mac) by setting up Continuity for SMS.
