Volume and Screen brightness go up and down on its own

I am using the Macbook Pro (15-inch, 2016)

The volume and screen brightness started to change on its own since last weekend

The volume keeps changing when I was listening to music on itunes, youtube, etc.

Even though I was not listening to music, it still goes up and down.

The same thing happened to the screen brightness

I have tried the PRAM reset, but it does not work

I also reset the whole macbook pro once, but it also does work.

Keyboard might be dirty , have dust or particles underneath. Get a can of pressure air for electronics and give it a try, i had the same problem and got it fixed like that, the technician at apple told me my keyboard was bad, and it wasn't. many issues can be fixed with this little trick.

Resetting SMC could solve the problem.

Have you gone into system preferences and checked auto adjust on screen brightness in display and/or energy settings? As for sound, not on my MacBook right now so not sure, but maybe check under sound too and make sure you're not using any third party outputs.
