Thanks for asking the Apple Support Communities for help with call quality. It is not clear if you are unable to hear the people speaking to you, or if the people you are calling have trouble hearing you. This may be as simple as needing an update. Please check this help article about getting a carrier update: Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad.
