I have deleted text massage how can i recover them

Assuming that you have a backup with the text messages you need restored, you can get the messages back by restoring from a backup.

Be warned that if you do restore a previous backup, all messages you've received since that backup and now will be lost as restoring backups totally overwrites what is currently on the device.

Restore the phone using a backup made when they were still present on the phone.
