iPad PRO Screen Recorder

I am using my iPad Pro with my Phantom 3 Standard Drone as the Radio Controller screen. Some people are using other android devices such as a NVIDIA Shield K1 Tablet. They are not using the record function on the drone and are using an app such as AZ Screen Recorder to record what's being show on their screen. This saves tons of battery life. Is there an app that will record whats playing on my iPad screen without connecting it to my Mac or MacBook?

Nope, not possible. No app can do anything but record its own active screen at most. No app can record another apps screen, due to iOS's fundamental sandbox security model. Other than using an external computer, such as a Mac and QuickTime, there is no way to record the screen directly on the device.
