How can I downoad music i downloaded

Hi,im having trouble getting my past music purchases, I downloaded 200+song and videos when i was in United States, I moved to a different country I changed my information on my appel ID, afer i did all changes to where im now I downloaded an album of songs For some reason now it only shows that I only have the 11 songs from the album I downloaded.how can get my orher songs back!!!!!

Purchased content can only be re downloaded from the same iTunes Store (country) and Apple ID it was purchased from.
