ipad air 2. touch screen not working after upgrade install. I now can not put security code in to get it to work. I have tried poshing sleep and start button to reboot ,no joy,please help.thank you. latest upd

It could just be a software issue, I know this might be a pain but you may need to connect it to a computer back it up and restore the iPad. It may just need a good reboot in order for the screen to become responsive again.

You see the apple logo this can take 30 seconds .
