I do a lot of notes in OneNote and notices predictive text isn't working with the MacBook Pro Touch Bar. Predictive Text (English & Chinese) are not showing up while using OneNote or MS Word 2013. I'm using the latest version of OneNote. Anyone having this issue?
Predictive Text for Chinese isn't working all the time for Safari as well.

Everyone is having that issue. For predictive text to work in an application, the software needs to support it. I have Office for Mac 2016 and Microsoft has not yet released an update that supports it.
