Iphone 6s USB Tethering to My Win10 64bits PC Stopped sometimes.....

I'm having a serious problem with USB tethering to my PC and here's my current situation. I have iphone 6s(running iOS 10.2.1) and latest version on Itunes is also installed on my Win10(x64bits) PC. When I start to tethering My phone internet to PC via USB tethering, it works a few minutes like 10 or 15mins. Then I got no internet access sign on my PC's Notification panel( The yellow "!" sign) but the internet connection on my iphone is perfectly fine.

So,I tried to switch off the USB tethering on my iphone and Check the status in my PC's ncpa.cpl. But it shows like the tethering is still connected, it shows Apple mobile device ethernet connected, It shouldnt be show as Connected since I switch off the Tethering. So I tried to Switch on the tethering again . .. but nothing happened . .. no internet access . ..

And the Tethering to my PC only works . .only after I wait like 5mins or restart my PC After the Above problem....

So,pls kindly tell me what should I do ?? 🙂
