WE are in a rental condo. Our apple devises will not connect to the wifi, but our dell laptop will. Apple says it is an internet problem, internet provider says it is an app,e problem. We can connect at Starbucks or elsewhere. Password protected wifi with
tthe correct password put in.

Try WiFi mobile dongle it can run up to10 devices at once works anywhere
You have a mobile phone signal
See them at phone shop .

Before you go to apple store have you tried ipad on another wifi pub/ cafe/ shop
If it doesn't work then you know its an ipad fault maybe the antenna ?
If it does work then it your WiFi .

WWe are renting for a month. The suggestion is great, but just won't work in this circumstance.
It's likely that the router has MAC filtering enabled, and your devices are not registered with it. You need to add their WiFi addresses to the Allowed list in the router.
