Locked out of iPhone without any internet

I woke up this morning to check my social media. Upon trying to unlock my iPhone with the fingerprint ID, it wouldn't work, my fingerprint wasn't a match to what I had saved. Then, I tried unlocking it with my passcode, knowing this passcode was right, I tried multiple times to get in. I decided idiotically "why don't I just turn my phone off then back on?", so that is what I did. Now I can't connect to the internet on my iPhone and my passcode is still incorrect, and now I'm disabled for 15 minutes. Please help.
