iPhone 5s black screen DFU mode error 4014

I have an iphone 5s model A1457.

The device does not turn on, it is black screen and when I connect it to the PC iTunes recognizes that the iPhone is in DFU mode for restoration, however, when trying to restore it turns on the device, appearing the symbol of apple and soon after giving the error Unknown 4014.

What can it be? Is it hardware?
