Boot Camp windows partition Size
How large should you make the windows partition.

The Windows Support Software is about 1.6GB. Either you have disk issues, for which First Aid should be run first, or, you do not have enough contiguous disk space. What is the size of your Mac's disk?
That appeared to work - but when I attempted to install Windows 10 received the error message "The windows support software could not be saved to the selected drive. There is not enough space available on the disk." and it removed the Windows partition.
Unless you physically disconnect external disks, this will not work.
1. Eject and physically disconnect 3TB Mac Thunder disk.
2. Disconnect all external hubs.
3. Right-click on Time Machine Backups (if mounted) and eject. Repeat this for ESD-ISO and "Boot Camp".
4. Leave all such devices disconnected till after you finish the Windows installation on the internal disk.
Now re-run BCA and try to install Windows.
Can you boot into Safe Mode - Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac - Apple Support - and boot normally and then retry your BC Assistant steps?
At least 80gb. Do not use the default 30gb that boot camp starts with. It'll be unusable that way.
I set size 80g but error received "The windows support software could not be saved to the selected drive. There is not enough space available on the disk." Any suggestions?

From Applications -> Utilities -> Terminal, please post the output the following commands
diskutil list
df -h
Please disconnect all external drives before you next attempt Windows installation. Your ISO must be on your internal disk. You should also run SMC and NVRAM reset after each failed attempt.
