My iPhone got hacked

Hello Community.

I got a BIG problem here.

My iPhone got Infected I think so, some guy wrote me he have all my Pics, and he did send me some of them.

I never posted them public, so he have infected me really.

I wanted to delte everything from my phone, but it didnt work!

He changed my Password or so, it didnt work what it was, or i forget it i dont know.

My Fingerprint is addet on my Phone, Is it enough to proof that this is my Phone?

The German Chat Support is closed at the moment, and I can`t call them, cuz everyone is sleeping.

I know the Apple Store Password, but not the iCloud Pass.

I wanted to reset the Password, but the Security Questions wasnt working, just my Birth Date was right, other didnt work.

What I can do?

I dont want to get trouble from my parents that i ****** up this phone.
