How do I change my Apple ID when I've forgotten my password
I no longer use the email address to my Apple ID and I've forgotten the password. Please how do I sign out and sign up for another Apple ID with an email address I use now?

If you set up another apple ID all apps data & photos will be lost
They are tied to that ID
Go to iforgot.apple.com
