Wow great news for you, as for me i bought mine in las vegas and curretly i am not in the states i'm in israel! So i can't exchange mine, hole they will find a solution seems not only mine is doing that problem.

Hi, i went to Apple care and explained for them, then I get a new phone by the way
As long as the phone is under guaranty then you can change it in any Apple Store, this is the case in Sweden anyway, good luck
