I had booted my MacBook when it came with a blue screen with a 0xc00000e error on it.
I am no computer geek so I will be requiring a simple guide on how to fix it.
The specs are:
MacBook Air, iOS 10.2.1
You will not be able to create a Recovery Disk in the current state, since Windows is not booting correctly. You can, however, attempt Startup Repair and use Bootrec.exe to rebuildBCD.

Typically this indicates Windows BCD (Boot Configuration Data) corruption. It requires using the Windows installer and a Windows Repair in most cases, but may need more extensive work. It depends on what caused the issue in the first place.
Can you describe the events leading up to this error?
I was trying to share Word files in between the operating systems but didn't work, so I partitioned my hard drive to make an additional partition which is in the MS-DOS (FAT) format. Next, I tried to restart my mac in Windows and it came up with the error.
What is the year/model of your Mac? On a 2015 or later Mac, all partitioning must be done prior to installing Windows. Older Macs officially do not support partitioning once Windows is installed.
Can you use external storage for sharing files, and remove the current partition? If yes, then you will need to use a USB Recovery disk (you have one, correct?) to repair the BCD.
I have now deleted the extra partition.
I have a Macbook air 11" early 2015.
I do not think I have a USB Recovery disk but have the windows 10 iso and a spare 32 GB USB 2.0 (can I use this)
As well I have a spare Dell windows 10 recovery CD but it says that is only for use with Dell.

Can you build a USB Recovery disk on the Dell and use it to test a Repair on the Mac? Please backup your Windows files before you attempt the recovery.

You seem to have accidentally marked it as solved. The issue is not solved yet, till we can get to a satisfactory resolution.
I just uninstalled Windows and installed it again. Now it is working
