iPhone 5S - Photo Storage

So I have an iPhone 5S with no pics [Image Number 1], and the photos app still takes up 415 MB [Image Number 2]. Searching the internet I found something about recently deleted and change of date, it didn't work. I delete all pics then I take one and delete completely that one too and I find myself with this on my iTunes [Image Number 3]. A restore does not fix it either. Any solutions anyone?
