Hair grip lost inside Macbook Air. HELP

So tonight I've accidentally dropped a hair grip in to my laptop and watched it fall through the gap where the hinge is located inside the laptop itself. Obviously i'm concerned about exactly where underneath this item is going to affect and whether or not it would be worth taking it to a shop and getting it out?

My air is only a couple of years old and I don't want to cause any long term damage and end up paying more in the long run. Yup i've already tried holding it upside down but the gap is too small for it to come back out again. Your help/knowledge would be much appreciated.
