Money was token out of my account for 32.39 I did not make a purchase of and short an I would like a refund today

The only purchase that I have had with my iTunes was for 9.99 out of my account for more space for back up and my music both was already tooken out of my account so I would like to know why is money missing out of my account from apple iTunes.co

iPhone 7, iOS 10.2.1

Have you tried looking at your accounts purchase histories (and family members if you are a family organiser in family sharing) : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support ?


If it shows there but you didn't buy it, and nobody else has access to the account and/or devices/computers and did it, then change your account's password (What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support) and contact iTunes Support : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html


If it doesn't show on your account(s) (nor, if applicable, family members) contact your card issuer
