Touch ID iphone 6s not working after update to iOS 10.2

Lately I just update my iOS to the latest one. And suddenly my touch id not working. I've search some discussion regarding how to fix touch id not working on iphone 6s, and try the step continuestly, at first try its working, and after few day my touch id not working again. And now even I try many times the solution not working on my iphone (remove and add fonger print and reboot). I have make my home button not cover with protective glass, also clean the home button. Now I stuck, Any other way how to fix my touch id? Its iOS 10.2 have a bug? Please kindly help me..

Hi

Follow the steps here, including under the heading "Get help with Touch ID" and contacting Apple Support, making a Genius Bar reservation or visiting an Apple Authorised Service Provider if necessary:

Use Touch ID on iPhone and iPad - Apple Support

Keep in mind that it can be normal for your passcode to still be required at certain times, as explained in the support article.

If you have not yet done so, it may help to update your iPhone to the latest version of iOS:

Hi Jo

Thank you for the advice, however I have try those steps, still not working even I want to add new fingerprint after deleted prev fingerprint, the screen of my iphone is only white with title "Place your finger ..." there is no shape of fingerprint to scan.

This is look like I should go to apple store, but apple store far away from my town. hiks hiks T.T
