iPhone 7 is getting very hot and battery drains

Please help I went to my local greensboro store but no genius time accommodated my busy work life. My phone is getting so hot while I use it and the battery may last up to a hour. AT&T said they feel it as well it's suppose to happen. I turned off many settings like back ground refresh no luck. Please help
