This is gautam. I am using macOS sierra 10.12.3, recently I taken iCloud plan now file and documents start uploading to iCloud. I want to known that if cancel it then files are moved aur make copies in both places MacBook and iCloud?

The files are moved if you start the process with About This Mac > Storage.
Otherwise, whether the files are moved and not copied depends on how you get them to iCloud Drive.
If you think about it, copying the files sort of defeats the whole purpose of using iCloud Drive. You would have an outdated copy on the Mac and a current copy in iCloud Drive.
it means that files are moved not copied? and data will removed from macbook only available in cloud?
If you wish to cancel iCloud Drive, you would have to manually move the files out of the iCloud Drive. You can do this using Finder, as iCloud Drive appears on the Finder Sidebar.

As I said above, use Finder to bring them back from the iCloud Drive. iCloud Drive appears in the sidebar.
