I can't load a web page on iPad

I tried to visit a web site and Safari told me "network connection lost". I have since tried several more times with the same result. So I installed Chrome to see if it would open the same page. I got a similar result "There is no internet connection". I am able to open the page with my iPhone and with my wife's iPad. And I don't have any other problems surfing with Safari (I don't normally use Chrome). I don't have Restrictions turned on in Settings. I have quit all apps and restarted. My software is up-to-date. Any help appreciated. Thanks

Well, this doesn't help you, but if this is the correct website, it works fine for me.

Have you tried closing all of your apps and force restart the iPad? I assume that you know the drill, but ...

Close apps - Press the Home button two times quickly. You'll see small previews of your recently used apps. Swipe left to find the app you want to close. Swipe up on the app's preview to close it.

Force restart - Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

I have contacted Apple Support and you'll be glad to know they recommended the same procedures that you did in your first reply to this problem! I decided not to reset safari since the problem occurs with chrome too. I don't use restrictions so I didn't do anything there. I reset my network, killed all my apps and did a hard restart. All to no avail. Same problem persists.
