Activity app records standing when asleep

My Activity app is recording standing hours while I am asleep. I haven't got up to go to the bathroom and I have been asleep all night and yet it's says I have stood for five hours

Hi

It can be normal for Stand credit to be awarded if your arm moves during night in such a way that your watch believes you have stood up and moved around for at least a minute.

However, some other users have reported experiencing a change in behaviour since updating to the latest version of watchOS, with Stand credit being awarded across multiple hours when sleeping, which did not previously occur.

I have reported this issue several times in the communities. I have also called and reported via feedback. Since the 3.1.3 upgrade most features of the Activity App have been broken. I get stand credit while asleep, even in hours where no steps are even counted. The Move calories end up being too high and I even wore my old Fitbit Charge HR side by side for a few days and my watch is now over counting steps while I'm awake. I don't understand how a software upgrade could break something that comes from hardware sensors, but it appears that the 3.1.3 upgrade broke several features. I thought 3.1.3 was supposed to fix 3.1.1. If have restarted watch and iPhone (5s, current iOS), force closed all apps and even unpaired and repaired watch.
