So i dropped my phone (quite badly i'd say) and now it won't charge properly. It's stuck at 2% for like hours. I thought it would work fine when plugged in (at 2% though) but then it turns off randomly and turns on again.
It's probably a hardware thing right? Or what do you guys think? any solutions?
It's an iphone 6 with the LATEST ios update 🙂

However, as your iPhone was dropped and appears to have suffered damage, I suggest that you contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available), make a Genius Bar reservation or visit an Apple Authorised Service Provider to arrange for it to be inspected and to establish your available service options, timescale and cost:
Are you using original iPhone charger and original cable?
Try using another original iPhone charger and another original apple iphone charging cables.
If problem persists take your iPhone to an Apple store or other Apple authorized service location to have this issue diagnosed.
