fuspredownloader.app in Login Elements

Hi all. I found the app fuspredownloader in Preference Panel -> Account -> Login Elements

The Hide checkbox is selected.

I'm confused: where does this application come from?

The app is located in an hidden folder with path Library/Application Support/.FUS/ where i found these files:

• fuspredownloader.app
• PreDownloadNotify.app
• temp.zip
• URLInfo.xml

I'm using MacOS Sierra 10.12.3

May I delete all folder without having any problems with apple services?
