My phone always keeps on saying waiting for activation in imessage and facetime and later on, it says activation failed. Is it because they are not available in Nepal or do i have any other problem?

From nepal we can send messages anywhere in the world and call as well but we cannot use iMessage and FaceTime in Nepal can you help us .

It should be available, however, the iPhone needs to send a text message to a foreign number to activate.
Contact your carrier and confirm you can send a text to a foreign number.
it seems it is only available in ncell.
what about nepal telecom?
