Check that restrictions are not enabled: Settigns → General → Restrictions.
Otherwise, take your iPhone to an Apple store or other Apple authorized service location to have this issue diagnosed.

If you forget your Restrictions passcode, you need to erase your device, then set it up as a new device to remove the Restrictions passcode. Restoring your device using a backup won't remove the Restrictions passcode.

My wifi button is not working because it turns out to grey. I tried to fix this but it's not working. I also tried to reset my iphone's network settings but it still doesn't work. Any idea to fix this? Pls help me.
