I can't copy specific texts from my PDF files stored inside my emails and paste this specific text to messages ?
I am using IOS 10.2.1
However using my oldest version of IOS , it all worked properly .
What's going on ?

But please believe me I 've tried this douzaines of time
When I tap in inside the message all aget is the circle without paste option and then all disappears
In the PDF you need to tap and hold to select, yo will get blue highlight with end and start pegs.
Each time you move them you will get a "Copy" button, if you tap it it will copy the text to clip board.
Then if you go to Messages App, you can tap and hold in the text box, and get the Paste button to paste the text.
Works OK for me on iPhone 6 Plus on iOS 10.2.1
Try restarting your iPhone:
On an iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus: Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Volume Down buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
On an iPhone 6s and earlier, iPad, or iPod touch: Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
Definitely not a protected PDF given by the facts that using the oldest version of IOS it works just fine
When I'm trying to select a certain number , text or something like this inside the PDF it only pops up copy option without having the paste option inside my messages

Try to describe your workflow and where it goes wrong.
Maybe it's a protected PDF ?
