How do I adjust pitch in final cut pro

I want to adjust the pitch of a audio clip while maintaining its timbre in final cut pro x. So I can make a person "sing a song " by recording him/her speaking.

MacBook Air, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

I searched youtube but all video demos are on really old editions. I'm on final cut pro x 10.3/

Hi Happy Daisy

Go to 'Audio Effects' and scroll down to the 'Voice' section and there is a pitch effect in there, drag it onto your clip and then change it in the inspector.
