Recovar my videos

Hi,

Can you help me please?? I have a problem with my videos. I send this videos to my messenger to save my space and I delate videos and again I delate videos from recently deleted. In messenger the videos is so of poor quality. How I recovar my videos back? Thanks for answer the quastion.
