Question

iPod nano scroll wheel doesn't scroll

I just got a nano, fresh from the packaging, for Christmas. It was purchased 9/1/06.

The buttons seem to work, but the "click wheel" doesn't work. It's impossible to scroll up or down by rolling my thumb along the circle.

Help?

It really depends on how much pressure you are applying to your click wheel. However, if you are putting a fair amount of pressure on the click wheel then reset your ipod. (Hold down menu and select button until apple logo appears)
