Music stops when playing Cookie Clickers 2

Whenever I play music on other apps that have sound, I can sometimes even overlap sound, but when I open Cookie Clicker, the music stops. Any help?

When I open the Control Center while I'm in the app(even with all sounds muted), I see cookie clicker with its "silent sound."

Is there any way I can fix this without a jailbreak? It's not really a bug, but it is definitely a problem from the developers of Cookie Clicker.
