Banners don't work correctly

So as fast as possible, my iPhone has a problem with notification banners after I downgraded it from ios 10.2 to 10.1. Later i have installed 10.2, but the bug is still here.User uploaded file

So that's how the bug looks like. If I got only one message from same person, it still won't show the content. And the worst thing about this is that it affects all banners, not just those messages.

So how do I fix this? Sorry about my spelling, English is not my main language 😀!

Thanks!

iPhone 6s, iOS 10.2, 10.1 - 10.2

Hi there, Dudecorn.
It appears you're having some issues with the banner notifications on your iPhone. It reports you've received something, but it doesn't tell you what. I'll be glad to help you with this.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch -- Test the issue once your phone has returned to the Home screen.
How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch -- If restarting your phone didn't resolve the issue, please be sure you have a fresh backup of your device to keep your personal information safe.
Restore your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch to factory settings -- This process will completely wipe the iPhone to allow a fresh copy of the iOS software to be installed.

The first time through, select "Set up as a new iPhone". Feel free to sign into iTunes & App Store and iCloud. You can sync some of your applications back to your phone and set up notifications for them. Test the issue again. If everything is working as it should, use the "Restore from a backup" link located in the "Get Help" section.

Let me know how that goes and thanks for using Apple Support Communities!
