charging vibration

from last two times i notice one thing that whenever i connect my phone to charger and after connecting chord to iphone 6 then earlier it was two vibration occurs that states phone is getting charge but now i notice 6-8-9 conitnuous breaking vibration as if like power is cutting back again and again or someone is switching off and on the plug so is it common to have or there is something problem with my charging port ?
