Kernel problems cause by Kaspersky Internet Security 2016

I Update mi Mac OS yesterday, I downloaded the update and the computer start it restart, it didn't finished and keep restarting. In order to fix it I erase my hard drive and did a reinstallation of the Mac OS from scratch, it work but when I transfer the info from my Time machine back up, the problem returns.

According it the message in my MacBook Pro the screen it has to be with the Kaspersky antivirus that I have already erased (about a month ago), I guess there was still some part of it in my Mac and it is save in the time machine back up, how can I deleted it from my Time Machine back up so I can have my info and files again.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, iOS 10.2.1

Do not attempt to delete any of its related files from the Time Machine backup. Doing that would almost certainly cause the backup to become corrupted.

Eventually, they will be deleted from the backups as Time Machine requires the space occupied by those files. If you were to restore an entire system that contained "Kaspersky" again, repeat the above uninstallation instructions.
