Unable to add cards after reset Apple Pay

I have just done a reset with my card still in wallet, after the reset it was gone and was not there anymore, I have tried to add my card back but I am receiving an error message "Card not Added contact your card issuer for more information" can someone help me as my card back? With NatWest

Okay open the article I provided earlier. Scroll all the way to the bottom.

Where it says Contact Apple Support click on the "Get started >" link.

It should take you to Apple Pay Support.

I can't provide a direct link to that.

Did you follow the instructions shown below the pop-up and enter your security code for your card on file with iTunes?

Okay you are going to have to contact your card issuer and see what they see wrong on their end.
