Remove "Shared" computers

Open system preferences > sharing > uncheck the box of file sharing .

If you have shared files with window computer then click on options and uncheck the boxes as shown in the screen shot .

Those are other devices advertising their presence for sharing purposes. You may not remove them, but you may "hide" them.
