i cant download os x 10.10.10 . i can log in my account on phone device but not computer devices. how ridiculous! ~<

You cannot upgrade to 10.10.10. The current version of OS X is Sierra, 10.12.x, if your model qualifies. Otherwise, you would need to upgrade to El Capitan, 10.11.x.

The latest version of Yosemite is 10.10.5 - there is no 10.10.10. You can check your purchases and updates by using the app store app in your Applications folder on your mac.
