What is this red light?
I have an iPhone 5s and recently I noticed that there is a red light next to the speaker on the front. Ive never noticed it before, does anyone know what it is?
It is the proximity sensor that determines when you have the phone up to your ear while on a phone call. It turns off the screen so you won't accidentally push buttons with your cheek.
