Hi
WhatsApp Messenger does not currently offer an app for Apple Watch, so it is not presently possible to install the app on your watch. You may wish to contact the developer to suggest that they add this feature:
https://www.whatsapp.com/contact/
Although there is no separate app for Apple Watch, it is still possible to send quick replies from your watch using WhatsApp Messenger upon receiving an incoming message notification.
To configure your Apple Watch to mirror notification alerts from WhatsApp Messenger:
On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > Notifications > scroll down to the list of apps > turn on the button next to WhatsApp Messenger.
Note also that how notifications behave depends on the status of your devices and your settings. With Wrist Detection enabled, in order to bring notifications to your attention as soon as possible:

If you’re talking about sending a message from watch in Messages then yes this is achievable, but if you are looking to send a message through an app such as what’s app, like this thread was started for, then it’s only possible if that particular app has a watch version of the app available and if that version supports the feature.
But i want to send a message from apple watch (not reply) is that achievable?
