Hi. Not sure which notification page you're referring to. Do you mean the Lock Screen that appears when you wake the device? You could try force quitting the music player you're using. Also, the player controls on the Lock Screen and Control Center just show data for the last thing played, which might not have been your music app.
I think my iPad Pro notification page has been hacked?
