Product review on apple page.

Why does apple not allow writing review for its products? I have a terrible experience with Iphone 7 plus I bought a week ago. Customer service people were not so helpful either. I wanted to write a review about the phone itself and the service but I can't find a place to do so.

Is there a way to contact apple customer service. I want to complain about their service. 13 years of using all apple products and I receive a terrible experience and service today.

Hello,

I'm not sure that Apple has a complaint department. You may get an email in a few days to take a survey about your experience. I don't believe you can write a review about the iPhone 7 Plus on Apple's website.

There is a Contact Us link at the bottom right of every page in these forums. Or, click on the box at the top right of this page that says "Support".
