To record and label a badminton workout using the Workout app:
Initially record your workout choosing "Other" as the activity type.
- "Other" should be selected when recording workouts for types of activity that are neither included within nor sufficiently similar to those within the main list.
- This credits one minute of Exercise for each full minute of the workout and Active calories at a rate equivalent to a brisk walk or based on data from the heart rate sensor, whichever is higher.
When ending the workout, tap on the menu option for Name Workout and choose Badminton from the list of activity types.
The workouts that you do most often will be added to the Workout app automatically as Quick Start options (including with their labels, where you have previously named them).
